Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Data Product subteam and manage data product delivery efficiently
• Maintain data products in production and ensure they meet application and user needs
• Collaborate with various teams to achieve organizational goals and promote continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• 3 years of staff management experience preferred
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data pipelines, real-time analytics, and ML models
• Experience with server-side web applications, security, reliability, scaling, and monitoring
• Familiarity with R or Python and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
