Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product engineering or a related role, with 2+ years in a management position
• Proven expertise in shipping reliable products with high-quality user experiences
• Experience managing incident response practices and on-call schedules
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and platform services such as Heroku
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
