Engineering Manager, Data Warehouse

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (Data Warehouse Engineering).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Architect, design, and manage data warehouse and lakehouse solutions on Databricks and Azure, ensuring scalability and compliance
• Implement DevSecOps principles and develop CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows to enhance automation and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, data engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in data engineering or data warehouse architecture, with at least three (3) years in a technical leadership role
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to mentor team members
• Deep expertise in Databricks architecture and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure analytics infrastructure
• Experience implementing DevSecOps frameworks and integrating AI and machine learning capabilities in data workflows
