Engineering Manager, Developer Experience

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on enhancing developer productivity, the full-time Engineering Manager, Developer Experience will work remotely to improve engineering workflows, internal platforms, and tooling while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve pain points in the software delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team dedicated to developer experience and internal engineering platforms
• Define and execute strategies to enhance how engineers build, test, deploy, and operate software
• Partner with engineering teams to identify and address challenges across the software development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Experience managing high-performing engineering teams in relevant domains such as platform engineering or developer productivity
• Strong technical background in building scalable software systems, CI/CD systems, or developer tooling
• Product-minded approach to internal tools, focusing on user experience for engineers
• Experience improving software delivery workflows, including build/test/release pipelines and operational tooling
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with immediate execution and measurable impact
