Engineering Manager, Developer Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading a talented team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager, Developer Infrastructure will oversee the development of platforms that enhance developer productivity, focusing on CI/CD systems and cloud-based environments in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of Sentry's Developer Infrastructure platform, including CI/CD and cloud environments
• Own the team's technical direction and architecture, contributing to key decisions on development processes and agent orchestration
• Nurture and grow engineering talent through coaching, mentorship, and fostering a high-performing team culture

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer infrastructure or platform engineering
• 4+ years of engineering management experience, with a track record of growing and managing teams
• Experience leading the architecture and development of developer-facing platforms, such as CI/CD systems
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD systems and cloud-based development environments
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted development workflows and their impact on developer infrastructure
