Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse, remote-first, agile team to support iterative and incremental shipping
• Steer the team's technical direction through hands-on contributions and rigorous technical due diligence
• Put AI at the center of execution and ensure platform primitives are built for seamless consumption

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA college degree or relevant experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role and 5+ years as a technical individual contributor
• Extensive experience with software development best practices and system design
• Hands-on familiarity with Agentic AI systems and LLM-based agents
• Experience with building full stack web applications and monorepo management
