Engineering Manager - DevRel
Job Summary
A company is looking for a GSS Engineering Manager - DevRel in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a global cross-functional team focused on Developer Relations and partner with diverse set of leaders and peers to develop and maintain a well-defined strategy and roadmap
- Diagnose and resolve systemic obstacles that prevent the team from delivering fast-paced MLP to end-users and product owners
- Inspire the team to be leaders, maintain existing solutions, and groom a roadmap of impactful solutions to expand the integration ecosystem
Required Qualifications:
- A proven leader with a growth mindset, experienced in coaching, mentoring, leading and uplifting technical teams
- Experience with open source ecosystem and cloud providers (AWS, GCP and/or Azure)
- 2+ years of experience leading technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
