Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and lead a globally distributed team of Java engineers focused on search functionality
• Lead the delivery of search enhancements and ensure high quality and innovative feature development
• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and build project roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading distributed teams of software engineers
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of performance-oriented software development
• Previous experience with collaborators outside of Engineering
• Hands-on software engineering experience, preferably with Lucene or Solr
