Engineering Manager, EMEA

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, FDE Infrastructure (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers across EMEA
• Drive end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape AI delivery to enterprises

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with demonstrated leadership
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software at scale
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
