Engineering Manager - Endpoint Security

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Manager - Engineering - Endpoint Security will oversee development activities, manage project execution, and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage day-to-day work for teams, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and overall objectives
• Oversee the full software development life cycle and ensure adherence to ISMS regulations
• Lead recruitment efforts for team members and contribute to career development and administrative responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software development or a related role, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience in software development management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Background in networking, security, or distributed systems
• Experience with multi-platform operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby)
