Engineering Manager, ERP

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Engineering Manager, ERP to lead a cross-functional team in enhancing Vultr's internal control plane to align with ERP standards, focusing on technical roadmaps, team leadership, and collaboration with Finance and Data departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for the evolution of ERP patterns, including product catalog and billing systems
• Build and lead a high-leverage team embedded with Data, Finance, and Analytics organizations
• Define and enforce data contracts and establish engineering standards for the internal platforms team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years managing engineering teams, preferably in internal platforms or ERP-adjacent products
• Experience with at least one ERP buildout (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday Financials)
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate vague mandates into actionable deliverables
• Strong collaboration skills with both Finance and Engineering teams
• Proven track record of hiring and developing engineers in cross-functional environments
