Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams while ensuring quality and alignment with product goals
• Own end-to-end delivery of team commitments, managing timelines and stakeholder communication
• Engage in technical architecture and design decisions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with SaaS platforms
• 3+ years of experience in engineering management, focusing on team growth
• Experience designing and operating multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platforms
• Strong technical depth at the Staff/Senior Staff level with experience in Rust, Go, or Python
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and multi-cloud environments (AWS and GCP)
