Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and mentor full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Manage multiple projects by collaborating with stakeholders to plan and execute engineering processes
• Provide technical leadership by guiding architectural discussions and ensuring compliance with federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a cloud-native environment and 2+ years in a management role
• Experience in building secure and compliant systems on major cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS welcome)
• Familiarity with containers, databases, and modern frontend frameworks
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum
• Proven track record in hiring and mentoring engineers
