Engineering Manager, Fiat Payments

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Fiat Payments will oversee the development of scalable financial systems, manage API integrations with banking partners, and ensure technical excellence in the banking infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver products and features that enhance fiat infrastructure and banking integrations
• Collaborate with product and program managers to align the team's roadmap with expected outcomes
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineers while contributing to engineering-wide initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend systems and APIs
• 2+ years of engineering management experience with senior-level engineers
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Golang and knowledge of fiat payment systems and banking APIs
• Experience with financial compliance and security standards related to fiat transactions
