Engineering Manager - Fintech

Job Summary

Leading a small team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager - Fintech will oversee the development and integration of the Hotels CFAR platform while actively participating in coding and partner-facing technical discussions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and rollout of the Hotels CFAR platform, including APIs and internal tooling
• Own end-to-end partner integrations, scoping technical solutions and collaborating with sales and solutions teams
• Drive foundational work to scale partner management and onboarding infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams building B2B/B2B2C platforms with external partners
• Strong technical background in backend systems, frontend SDKs, and cloud infrastructure
• Direct experience as a partner-facing technical leader, managing solutioning calls and deployments
• Familiarity with fintech or transactional products, especially in the travel distribution landscape
• Proficiency in Scala or Java, REST APIs, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
