Engineering Manager - Fintech

Job Summary

Leading a small team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager - Fintech will oversee the development of the Hotels CFAR platform, manage partner integrations, and drive technical excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and rollout of the Hotels CFAR platform, including APIs and infrastructure
• Own partner integrations end-to-end, including scoping technical solutions and leading solutioning calls
• Foster technical excellence through architecture reviews and mentorship of senior engineering talent

Required qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams building B2B/B2B2C platforms with external partners
• Strong technical background in backend systems, frontend SDKs, and cloud infrastructure
• Direct experience as a partner-facing technical leader managing integrations and SLAs
• Familiarity with fintech or transactional products, particularly in the travel distribution landscape
• Proficiency in Scala or Java, REST APIs, and cloud services like GCP or AWS
