Engineering Manager for AI/ML

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager focusing on ML and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale ML models and AI-driven solutions optimized for transportation logistics
• Lead the full lifecycle of AI features from data engineering to deployment in a cloud-native Azure environment
• Integrate predictive models and reporting systems into the core .NET/C# and CosmosDB ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in machine learning, AI, and data science
• Proven track record in developing and deploying ML models and AI solutions at scale
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java, and knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, for deploying AI/ML solutions
