Leading engineering teams to develop innovative horizontal pump technologies, the full-time salaried H-Pump Engineering Manager will drive new product development, optimize costs, and ensure high-impact solutions meet performance and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Providing technology leadership for new product development, cost optimization, and engineer-to-order solutions
• Planning and managing the implementation of new technologies into product development and execution
• Driving cross-functional collaboration to align engineering strategy with business objectives and market needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or any Science discipline)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/technical roles with strong competency in mechanical design
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in engineering or product development environments
• Experience developing and updating design standards and best practices
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering project management experience in new product development
