Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop engineering teams, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a collaborative environment
Define project scope and manage project planning, delivery, and resource allocation
Implement quality assurance processes and promote continuous improvement in development practices

Required Qualifications

Experience in the betting/trading domain
Strong expertise in C#/.NET for building scalable backend systems
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures
Solid knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
