Engineering Manager, Frontend

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Frontend and Mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and develop a team of 3-5 frontend engineers, fostering a high-performing team culture
• Lead the design and implementation of modular frontend architecture and oversee the transition from Angular to React
• Define engineering standards for code quality and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on platform roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in engineering management or tech-lead roles
• Deep technical expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build systems
• Proven ability to lead teams through modernization and improve developer velocity
• Strong understanding of web-based hybrid mobile approaches and responsive design
• Track record of solving complex system design problems across multiple teams
