Engineering Manager - Frontend

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time Engineering Manager - Frontend will guide frontend and backend engineers in delivering high-quality consumer applications and seamless user experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end UX for key consumer features across mobile and client platforms
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define and deliver impactful features with measurable business value
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical growth, collaboration, and inclusivity

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering customer-facing products at scale
• Deep technical background in React Native and modern frontend architectures
• Experience managing combined frontend and backend engineering teams
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills in a multi-platform environment
• Experience building large-scale consumer or financial products
