Key responsibilities
- Managing and growing a team of frontend engineers focused on design systems and accessible component libraries
- Owning the strategy and roadmap for the design system and component library, ensuring widespread adoption across product teams
- Driving accessibility initiatives across web and mobile platforms, establishing consistent planning and QA processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript) and mobile development
- 2+ years of experience in leading and inspiring engineering teams
- Experience in building or contributing to a design system or shared component library
- Proven track record of delivering accessible consumer products on web and mobile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
