Job Summary
To enhance patient and provider experiences, the full-time Engineering Manager, Frontend Development will lead a high-performing team focused on building a scalable design system and accessible React component library, driving frontend and mobile development across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Leading, managing, and growing a team of frontend engineers dedicated to design systems and accessible component libraries
- Owning the strategy and roadmap for the design system and component library to ensure widespread adoption across product teams
- Driving accessibility initiatives and establishing processes to ensure consistent, measurable standards in product development
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong foundation in frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript) and mobile development (iOS or Android)
- 2+ years of experience in leading and inspiring engineering teams
- Experience in building or significantly contributing to a design system or shared component library
- Proven track record of delivering polished, accessible consumer products on web and mobile platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
