Engineering Manager, Full Stack

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a full stack product engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of full stack engineers building customer-facing SaaS products
• Drive execution across sprint planning, prioritization, and technical quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate roadmap priorities into engineering plans

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of engineering management experience
• Prior experience as a senior or staff-level full stack engineer
• Strong background in modern web architectures
• Experience in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
• Experience building customer-facing SaaS applications is preferred
