Engineering Manager - Government Cloud

Job Summary

To support a new Government Cloud product team, the full-time Engineering Manager - Government Cloud will manage a team of engineers responsible for building and operating AWS GovCloud environments, ensuring compliance with federal requirements, and fostering a positive team culture in a remote work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an engineering team focused on the technical ownership of the Government Cloud offering
• Support the growth and development of engineers through feedback, coaching, and mentorship
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to prioritize projects related to compliance and authorization

Required qualifications

• Experience in an engineering management or team lead role, preferably in a SaaS company
• Experience operating in compliance-regulated, government, or security-sensitive environments
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud or Azure Government and deploying into restricted networks
• A strong background as a software, infrastructure, or systems engineer
