Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing growth engineering team, focusing on talent development and fast shipping
• Set and maintain high standards for engineering and operational practices aligned with company goals
• Drive growth outcomes through technical expertise in experimentation platforms and data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience leading full-stack consumer-facing engineering teams
• 2+ years of experience leading Growth Engineering teams to drive top-of-funnel conversion
• 6+ years of prior experience as a full-stack or frontend-focused engineer
• Expertise in frontend technologies such as Javascript/TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NextJS, and Remix
• Experience with backend development using Go, Ruby, and Postgres
