• 1+ years of experience in people leadership, including coaching and accountability
• Experience in leading ambiguous product spaces and aligning stakeholders
• Experience in delivering AI/ML-powered product capabilities in production
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to enhance workflow speed and quality
