Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with large-scale user-facing products
• 1+ years of experience in people leadership, including coaching and accountability
• Experience in leading ambiguous product spaces and aligning stakeholders
• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered product capabilities in production
• Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work
