Engineering Manager - IAM

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Identity and Access Management Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Backend Software Engineers in developing and supporting digital life insurance enrollment solutions
• Drive IAM Platform Scalability initiatives and optimize authentication/authorization architecture
• Facilitate team development through effective engineering ceremonies and personalized growth plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years of professional experience in the software industry, including at least 1 year in a management role
• Professional experience with Go preferred
• Familiarity with cloud computing and Kubernetes or similar container orchestration
• Experience with identity platforms like Auth0 or Okta is highly desired
