Engineering Manager Identity Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering (Identity & Access Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in designing and building IAM platform and back-end services
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technical architecture for authentication and authorization services
• Develop project roadmaps and ensure compliance with security standards throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, authentication protocols, and authorization patterns
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable identity or back-end platform services
• Experience with compliance frameworks and security-first development practices
• 6+ years of experience in back-end development or identity systems, with at least 2-4 years in management
• Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
