Engineering Manager - Identity Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering (Identity and Access Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
• Develop and execute the technical roadmap for the identity and access management platform
• Oversee the design and implementation of core identity services, ensuring security and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development, focusing on high-scale backend systems
• 2+ years of experience managing and leading a team of software engineers
• Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and core identity concepts
• Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, and modern authentication/authorization frameworks
