Engineering Manager II

Job Summary

Leading a team of full-stack engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager II will oversee the development of solutions for customer data integration and management, while working remotely across North America.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a team that builds solutions for integrating and managing first-party customer data
• Hire, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance team following agile best practices
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to align on requirements and priorities

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of engineering management experience leading full-stack teams
• Proven track record of delivering results in high-impact environments
• Experience with customer data platforms or bulk data management systems is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
• Minimum of 6 years of software development experience in web technologies
