Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager II will oversee the development of Pinterest Trends and Audience Insights, focusing on creating AI-powered advertiser insights products while working remotely with occasional in-person collaboration in San Francisco or Palo Alto.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of engineers to build and enhance Pinterest's insights products
• Develop a cohesive roadmap that aligns with strategic goals and key initiatives for 2026
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into advertiser workflows and measure impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
• Experience leading teams in building consumer-facing products
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management
• Proven ability to leverage data and AI to enhance decision-making and product development
