A company is looking for an Engineering Manager II - Full Stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team to develop solutions for creating target audiences and tracking them using pixel technology
- Managing multiple teams through leads and focusing on metrics and execution
- Promoting software development best practices, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of software development experience in web technologies
- 2 years of people management experience with at least 4 direct reports
- Experience with JavaScript/Typescript, React, Redux, and Ruby on Rails
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and CRM integration
- Passion for building a positive engineering culture
