Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of incident responders, fostering a culture of security and resilience
• Serve as a hands-on leader during incidents, making decisions and collaborating across teams
• Build tools and processes to enhance security incident response capabilities and conduct post-incident analyses

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a people manager or technical leader with mentorship skills
• 3-5 years of experience in incident response teams, focusing on security-related incidents
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems
• Technical pragmatism with the ability to evaluate trade-offs in implementations
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across teams
