Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering (Infrastructure).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Platform Engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Design and implement scalable platforms and tooling to enhance engineering workflows
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Shared DB Platforms and multi-cloud infrastructures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in software or platform engineering, focusing on internal tools and automation
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby, Python, Go, or Rust
