Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Infrastructure (EVM / Cloud / Security).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Infrastructure, Platform, DevOps/SRE, and Security Engineers
• Own the availability, scalability, and security posture of production systems
• Drive delivery across ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives and align infrastructure strategy with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building and operating production infrastructure/platform/security systems
• Proven experience in people management, including hiring and coaching
• Strong background in cloud systems and software engineering
• Deep hands-on experience with modern infrastructure practices and tooling
• Ethereum / EVM experience, preferably in smart contract security or building EVM-based protocols
