Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Infrastructure to lead the Infrastructure Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a scalable internal infrastructure platform on public cloud environments for efficient system provisioning and operation
• Establish and evolve Kubernetes-based platform capabilities for high-availability, production-grade workloads
• Ensure infrastructure systems meet compliance requirements and maintain 99.9% uptime SLOs

Required Qualifications

• Experience building and operating internal infrastructure platforms on public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams of software or infrastructure engineers
• Demonstrated ownership of Kubernetes at scale, including building a K8s-based internal platform
• Experience operating effectively in startup environments and navigating ambiguity
