Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading a team of 5-8 engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Infrastructure will manage cloud accounts, networking, security, and CI/CD processes while ensuring operational health and cross-team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, performance management, and career development for the infrastructure team
• Translate company priorities into an infrastructure roadmap that balances reliability and security needs
• Serve as the primary liaison for product engineering, data, and security leadership to ensure effective service delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps teams, with prior individual contributor experience
• Proven track record of maintaining effective on-call rotations and incident response practices
• Strong production cloud experience with a major hyperscaler provider (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience in CI/CD processes and identity & access management
• Ability to prioritize roadmap tasks under pressure and collaborate across various teams
