Engineering Manager, Integrations

Job Summary

Leading the Integration Specialist team, the full-time Engineering Manager, Integrations will oversee integration delivery, enhance team throughput, and manage partner relationships, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Run the Integration Specialist team, setting performance standards and conducting regular 1:1s
• Drive team throughput by forecasting capacity and developing systems, tooling, and templates
• Manage end-to-end integration delivery, translating customer needs into technical scope and ensuring quality assurance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a technical or technical-adjacent team
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
• Proven ability to build systems that enhance team throughput
• Strong capacity-planning instincts and experience in managing team commitments
• Ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes rather than constraints
