Engineering Manager, Internal Developer Platform

Job Summary

Leading a highly experienced team, the full-time Engineering Manager, Internal Developer Platform will enhance engineering productivity by improving systems, workflows, and tooling while driving operational excellence and managing senior talent in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve systems and workflows that support software development across the organization
• Own and evolve software delivery systems to ensure fast, reliable, and secure deployments
• Lead and mentor a team of senior and principal engineers, fostering an environment for exceptional work

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of engineering management experience for Manager level; 5-10+ years for Senior Manager level
• Proven experience managing senior engineers, including principal-level talent
• Strong technical background in platform engineering, SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure
• Experience with incident management, SLOs, and operational excellence
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience
