Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, IoT Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams across embedded firmware/software and hardware disciplines
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IoT hardware and firmware programs, managing milestones and dependencies
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and collaborate on supply chain strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hardware or IoT engineering and 5+ years in an engineering management role
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems development and hardware lifecycle stages
• Proven track record in managing contract manufacturers and supply chain fundamentals
• Experience running Agile/Scrum teams with measurable outcomes
• Technical knowledge in embedded C/C++, IoT connectivity protocols, and cloud-connected device architectures
