Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering, Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 software engineers focused on the development and maintenance of the Kubernetes platform
• Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the platform in alignment with the company's overall strategy
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable software delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 15+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies
• 4+ years of experience in a management or team lead role
• Experience with Kubernetes and the cloud-native ecosystem
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures
