Key Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion into a broader ecosystem, collaborating with OSS communities and representing the company at external events

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineers with a proven track record in talent development and retention
• 10+ years of industry experience in building developer-facing tools or data-intensive systems
• Experience collaborating with open source communities and representing technical interests publicly
• Strong product ownership skills with a focus on customer-centric development
• Startup experience is preferred
