Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience with a focus on infrastructure or platform products
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with backend systems
• Technical fluency in Go, Python, and Kubernetes
• Experience managing teams responsible for distributed systems in production
• Demonstrated ability to balance product delivery with technical health
