Job Summary

Leading a team of Machine Learning Engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager, Machine Learning will own product lines, drive business value, and foster a culture of excellence in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of the engineering team
• Partner with product managers to maintain and execute the product roadmap
• Remove roadblocks and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced software development environment at scale
• 2+ years of experience as a software engineering leader
• Experience applying, developing, and deploying ML models for significant business impact
