Job Summary

Engineering Manager, Marketing Technology, is a full-time salaried position responsible for leading the Segmentation and Insights Platform teams, setting technical direction, and driving the adoption of AI-native engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, roadmap reviews, and cross-team syncs for the Segmentation and Insights Platform
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and operational health of production agentic systems
  • Champion AI-native development practices and represent both platforms in org-wide planning cycles
Required Qualifications
  • 9+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in an engineering management role
  • Strong technical foundation in distributed data systems or marketing/ad technology platforms
  • Experience managing cross-team platform relationships and delivering complex technical roadmaps
  • Fluency in data-driven engineering practices, including analytics infrastructure and operational excellence
  • Demonstrated experience managing engineers across various seniority levels
