Engineering Manager, MarTech

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager, MarTech will oversee the development of marketing technology systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance the performance of Dave's marketing website.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team focused on marketing technology and web platform initiatives
• Partner with Product and Marketing stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities and execution plans
• Guide the development of scalable systems that support personalized messaging and campaign automation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 1.5+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience building highly available, scalable, and low-latency systems
• Strong technical judgment and ability to guide architecture discussions
• Experience hiring and developing high-performing teams
