Engineering Manager ML Infrastructure

Job Summary

Driving the development of machine learning infrastructure and tooling, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, ML Infrastructure will manage design decisions, product roadmap progress, and architectural choices while fostering a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the team through design and implementation for complex technical projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product quality and stability for enterprise customers
• Oversee end-to-end product ownership, managing issues that arise during escalations and customer support

Required Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related Engineering field
• 7+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a team lead or management role
• Experience managing teams delivering machine learning cloud infrastructure and features
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, and database design or SQL optimization
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and scalability strategies
