Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Computer Vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing ML Vision team while contributing to the design, development, and optimization of models
• Architect and guide improvements in model accuracy and robustness across diverse conditions
• Oversee the full ML lifecycle including data strategy, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning with expertise in computer vision
• Experience in leading engineers through formal management or technical mentorship
• Strong proficiency in PyTorch and modern deep learning workflows
• Demonstrated ownership of ML initiatives from data strategy to deployment
• Solid engineering fundamentals in Python for building reliable systems
